How to see and adjust idle speed control on 2007 Toyota Highlander?

     Hello,
    I can't find where to see or control the idle air valve on a 2006 Toyota Highlander. I am using a 
    autel MaxiSys MS906 BT, Thank you in advance,

     Idle speed is too high and I want to confirm if the IAC is functioning and if its receiving/responding to the ECM controls, thank you

     It usually learn itself,start the vehicle let it idle for 20 min.

     Thank you for the reply.  Can I "read", on the scanner, how much is the IAS open? I can't find where to read the IAS for Toyota.  Please advise, thank you

     Have you checked if you don't have any intake air/vacuum  leak..........?
